A hall office flexibly designed according to your wishes

The 11 (15 m²) can be assembled individually according to your wishes. The illustrations shown here are only examples. You receive a door, 4 Window, which you can hang in any order in the steel rail construction. INFO: The window cannot be opened or tilted.

The height (2500 mm inner dimension | 2550 mm outer dimension) and the depth of the room (3000 mm inner dimension | 3100 mm outer dimension) always remain the same. The material of the panels, constructed in sandwich construction, consists of steel (white, spray-coated, 0.4 mm steel) on the outside and inside and rock wool as an insulation layer in the middle. Thus, the panels are not very light (11 kg/m2), but they are very stable and little noise from the often noisy hall environment penetrates into the “room in the room” system. The insulation value is between 20 – 40 dB depending on the outside noise volume. The thermal insulation value of the PREFAB hall offices is 0.787 W/(m²K) and the thermal conductivity is 0.05 W/(mK). The interior equipment of the master office – standard and yet extra

Not only noise, but also dust and odours do not reach the newly created workplace. The PREFAB-15 open-plan office is already equipped as standard, i.e. at no extra cost, with sound insulation and dust protection. The window panels consist of 8 mm thick double panes (25 kg) with integrated ventilation to prevent fogging. The panes are made of tempered glass, which, in the event of damage, shatters into many small particles, like a car windscreen. The risk of injury is thus minimised. There is a lighting element for every second ceiling element, so that the lighting in the master's office is ideally suited for use with little incoming daylight. A power outlet and a switch are also integrated into the door panel. The electrical cables are attached to the ceiling and the connection must be carried out by an electrician in accordance with the regulations. Thanks to the material used, steel, it is possible to hang plans or other important documents on the walls using a magnet, without leaving any traces. The door is lockable and comes with three keys. Everything is supplied as standard with the hall office - you receive the extras at no extra charge.

The individual panels are provided with a transparent protective film that can be removed without leaving any traces after assembly is complete.

It is not recommended to remove the film before assembly in order to avoid possible scratches during assembly.

In case of dirt, the panels can be cleaned easily and gently with a soap mixture and a microfibre cloth.

Assembly and conversion of the hall office

If a move is planned or an extension is to be added to the hall office, this is no problem. It is just as easy to assemble as it is to dismantle or extend. The panels are simply slotted into each other and secure themselves by means of the tongue and groove system on the side elements. The assembly time varies somewhat depending on the size, but for an office of 12 m² (4 x 3 m), our experienced cmacontainer fitters need around 2 to 4 hours. The necessary work tools are a standard drill and screwdriver.
